This has been (until today) within the originally supplied sealed packet which I have opened to examine the plug more closely and then resealed it once again
The outer packet looks a bit "aged" but the plug inside is in very good condition

Swiss Made (stamped into the body - front)
Original RS part number was 468-333 then it was replaced by the 405-792 which is actually the Neutrik part NC5FXBAG
This connector was manufactured by Neutrik but rebranded by RS Electronics UK - a long time ago!
Black plastic entry boot and front end with the body being diecast metal. Compression style cable clamping.
Six solder terminations, five solder cups for the signal pins and one is earth or ground.
The interesting distinction of this inline plug is the Gold plating which is applied INSIDE the pin connections, the outer surface being Nickel.
Locking mechanism is Black plastic

CLEAN but "tired looking" packaging
All contact points are clean, not oxidised and in very good condition
I have now resealed within the original RS packaging and then packed once again into another clear plastic packet to preserve the current condition as much as possible.
