If you haven't come across one of these before .... finally you find that great 45 (7") record you have been hunting for BUT it has a large centre hole, meaning that it was originally used with a jukebox system. With the large centre hole there is no way in the world you can play your precious 45 record UNLESS you 'fill' the centre of your record so that it fits comfortably onto your turntable centre spindle.
That is the purpose of this adaptor, place within that large circle on your 7" record and now place onto the turntable platter/centre spindle - the record will play just like any other 45 - Yeah!
Very simple but Oh, so useful if you do have those "big hole" records ...
