Cover is in good condition, no personal writing, no tears and only light edge wear from handling although overall the cover (front & back) looks a little "tired" after many years of handling.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on each side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, all track on both sides, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pops at all - just the occasional single low level "click" and then no more.
