Rodd was an Australian company specialising in the craft of the silversmith. The company built up a long, distinguished reputation with particular emphasis on the production of finely crafted Silverware, Silver plate and hybrid Silver plate/Stainless Steel wares in later years. Not just cutlery either, in their early days, Rodd was very well known for some of the brooch designs they produced.
I have described this as the "alternative" sugar spoon because I do have another Rodd EPNS sugar spoon which is shaped more like a sugar scoop.
This sugar spoon is "similar" to a normal teaspoon but wider in the bowl and not with the pronounced scoop shape.

Prior to advertising, this sugar spoon has had one last "clean up" using no chemicals other than water and Bicarb of Soda (Baking Soda) It is never a good idea to use chemical products on utensils which are intended to manage foodstuffs for human consumption!
To maintain the cleanliness for as long as possible, this sugar spoon is now packed into a completely sealed clear plastic sleeve.
