UNIDENTIFIED MANUFACTURER - Solid Metal knob
Country of manufacture is unknown
Solid (one piece) metal which has been "turned" but this is NOT aluminium, nor is it a ferrous metal. The finish has a Chrome appearance. Why not Aluminium? I checked the weight against a known Aluminium knob of the same size and this knob is twice as heavy (6g) and it "feels" tougher and looks to be more resistant to scratching or marks.
I cannot recall, nor did I record, which equipment these knobs were lifted from but I suspect it was industrial in nature, these knobs are functional and not made to "look pretty"

Single slot head grub screw (ferrous metal, probably steel) - this knob fits a standard 1/4" D shaped control shaft.
Finish of the knob appears "Chrome-like"
There is a distinctive slot cut or punched into the top and two short side lines which, together with the long line, create a pointer arrow. It looks to me as thought this knob is for slot screwdriver adjustment OR manual turning.

The body of the knob(s) is clean, shiny and almost scratch free (one has a small area of very light scratch type marks on the side)
All have their grub screws
All knobs have seen use with a screwdriver adjustment, the long line on the top has small useage marks.
Each knob has now been individually packed and sealed into packets
