A bit of the mystery on this compilation ... this was received by our previous business which was heavily involved in the Australian music industry from "someone, somewhere" We got that a lot, "hey here is some great new sounds, have a listen" sort of thing and we didn't even do A&R! Trouble with this one is that as a promotional CD is it pretty useless! No bio's, no contact information at all so I did a little homework about each artist, see below.
As to who Off The Record is, no idea Bruce!
The url on the rear (www.offtherecord.cc) takes me to a site which has no real specific information and is hosted by Bluehost
The CD matrix coding also refers to www.diskbank.com.au but this is a digital media specialist involved in CD & DVD replication although this CD was replicated over in Taiwan (lower costs)
So just what is this CD all about?
It is a compilation of artists from Sydney and surrounds, all indie and the majority of them are listed at JJJ Unearthed.

CD cardboard sleeve is in very good condition, no graphic damage and no personal writing.
CD media is in very good condition, visually examined under a bright White halogen light source and I can see a couple of very light marks or scratches on the media. I then played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there are absolutely no issues with playback.
