The buyer must establish before purchasing that this remote suits their own LOEWE television equipment

If the manual is not available, try to see if the remote button layout looks "right" compared to your old remote - a bit hit & miss though, particularly difficult if the old remote is missing!
Please be aware that generally every single remote sends a unique code to the equipment under control, just because you may have an old (very old!) Loewe Television/DVD/VCR combo, this does not mean this remote will control them.
As the title says, this remote belongs in the "retro" world, the remote was designed to be used with a number of Loewe CRT televisions - yes, CRT! About the only folk who would be watching a television using tube technology these days are die-hard gamers

Before the world of Plasma, LCD or LED televisions we all used to have televisions which were often very heavy and used a large glass tube at the front to display the picture, unless you had a projection television but that's another story... Most of these televisions had an outwards curve to the front glass and they took a lot of space because of the deep "backend" - no thin televisions in those days
Take a look at this museum piece (even earlier televisions had ROUND screens and were not colour capable, if the broadcaster was even transmitting colour in those days)

According to information gleaned online, this remote is designed to control a number of the very old Loewe CRT based televisions such as the models Aconda 9372 ZP, Arcada 8672 ZP, Articos 32, Calida 5663 Z for example and possibly other models (for the user to determine) If you have a contemporary Loewe television, it is extremely unlikely this remote will work with it - this remote was released approximately 20 years ago!

Battery compartment clean and undamaged (no rust or corrosion due to leaking batteries!), this uses two AAA size batteries (very commonly available).
SPECIAL NOTE: The engineering is quite different to the standard Asian/Chinese remote - the battery compartment has so much "empty space" even when the batteries are installed, the top sliding lid is a tight fit AND one set of the battery terminals are GOLD plated ... that's pretty unusual.
TESTING:
Being a used remote, I check any remote to the best of my ability
My testing method is to insert batteries and "look" (using my security camera's) for the IR emissions from the remote control and ensuring every single button sends out an IR code. I must assume though that the codes being sent are correct.
ALL buttons on this remote are functioning great
So this all means that I am satisifed the remote is working fine.
Stored and will be supplied in a sealed plastic packet to maintain its current condition
Batteries will NOT be supplied (2x AAA batteries) to prevent any issues with Australia Post (they are very risk adverse to shipping packages with batteries inside) and also this keeps the shipping weight down to a minimum
