Cover is in good condition, no tears, no personal writing and just light ~ medium edge wear from normal handling but there has been a small, short seam split in the spine which someone has repaired in the past (reasonably well applied wide clear tape). Inner single page lyric sheet is included and this does have hand written notes regarding fade out timing for each track (ex broadcast station copy)

Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO significant marks or scratches on either side, none at all. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the album ENTIRELY, every single track and both sides. Surface noise is not a issue nor clicks/pops
