Here is a folder of audio related electronic projects, pages removed from various issues in the 1980's
The magazine was Home Studio Recording, United Kingdom
The audio projects relate to home or pro studio rack mount modular projects, the design and construction, included are schematics and PCB layouts (no PCB's supplied of course!)
I kept these for many years as some projects were specific to my studio needs e.g Phantom power module which came in handy when I had an old condenser mic in one hand and an input with no phantom power provision - damn!
THIS FOLDER IS LISTED AS BEING FREE - I AM ASKING NO MONEY FOR THE FOLDER & CONTENTS however if you just wanted the folder, then you would need to pay for shipping OR if you purchase above A$75 of other items, shipping is free (within Australia) anyway
Why would you want old electronic magazines?
Wealth of design and concept ideas
Keeping up to date (or looking backwards at how things used to be done)
Circuit design concepts (see the approaches that others have used to create a new design or solve a problem)
Projects to build, just for fun
Sometimes you may come across one of these projects that have been "tossed out" by another but it may not be working correctly, it can be so handy to have the original schematics on hand "just in case"
AUDIO PROJECTS BINDED FOLDER
Each project page(s) is within a clear plastic sheet inside the folder
No damaged pages and all are easy to read
All projects date from the mid ~ late 1980's and many are related to each other i.e they were designed to be part of a studio hardware effects rack. All are high standard modules for the semi or pro user
The projects inside this folder are:
High performance Noise Gate
Compressor - Limiter
Dynamic Noise Filter (2 Channel)
Output Module (intended to ease impedance matching of signals around the studio)
Phantom Power module
Fader - Panner (2 Channel) for manual, automatic or sync track controlled
Infinite Flanger (wide bandwidth, low noise effects & infinite flange ratio)
ART DR2 Digital Reverberation Unit (easy to use while being very flexible)
Parametric Equaliser
Mixer Module
Microphone preamp
De-esser Module
Input Module (Interfacing the various modules to the external equipment)
Psychoacoustic Enhancer Module (dealing with the audio harmonics such as re-synthesising the upper harmonics that may have been lost in the recording process, and so much more ...)
ALL pages are clean and free from smells or mildew
To maintain the condition of this folder, it is now sealed within clear plastic
