Federal Comics were an Australian Publisher under licence from DC
This issue is stamped in the top right-hand corner as simply FC - it is much more common to see the DC stamp in the corner with Australian Edition frame.

Sealed in plastic, but NOT mint condition but VERY GOOD condition although with some retail price marking though - just above the logo in the right-hand corner is lightly written 50 and the original printed price in the yellow highlighted box has a horizontal line through the 99.
The 50 is written within the character A in the word BAT.
Inside pages are excellent, no tears, no markings and none missing!
Mono print - other than the cover, the pages are all monochrome
We have placed this comic on a stiff cardboard backing and sealed within a clear plastic and it is now stored in a dark cool area to perserve the condition.
