Picture cover is in very good condition, no tears, no personal writing, no seam splits but there is a small "Black" area on the front top right corner where some station ID information was previously written.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can only see a couple of very light scratches on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played this ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks n pops.
New outer plastic protective sleeve
