Generic cover is in good condition, no personal writing, no tears or seam splits but on one side is a mark left by an old sticky label and overall the sleeve looks a bit "tired"
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see no scratches or marks on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops.
