New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see barely any scratches or marks at all, very clean. Looking at the vinyl is fine, but the only real way to judge the condition is to play the entire record. I have played both sides ENTIRELY and there are absolutely no issues with playback at all.
