New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches, particularly on side B. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played this single ENTIREY, both sides, and there are no issues at all with surface noise nor clicks/pops except right at the end of side B, during the fade out I can hear just a couple of very low level clicks - nothing major.
