Cover is in good condition, meaning that there are no seam splits, no tears, no personal writing and only light edgewear from handling but overall the cover looks just a bit "tired" was the White background cardboard shows every little mark. Still, it is 40 years old!
New inner clear plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see just a couple of extremely light marks or scratches on each side of the vinyl. Just taking a look at the vinyl doesn't cut it, you need to actually play the entire release to make an accurate judgement on the condition so I then played the ENTIRE vinyl, every single track on both sides. There are no issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops - a very good playback.
