Manual film splicer for Standard 8, Super 8 & 16mm

Used - some light rust (see photograph) but careful inspection indicates that the blade edges are sharp and clean - I can only guess that sometime in the past, film cement has leaked onto the metal and eaten away the top surface a little.
Mechanically the splicer is A1 in all respects
