Well, look at this oldie from the 1960's ~ 70's photographic world!
I would imagine this light meter will only be of interest to a collector of such things with contemporary light meters being automatic in operation but someone might like the "fun" aspect of this photographic accessory.

Who is Sekonic?
The parent company started life in 1951 and was the well known (now) Seiko Electric Industries Co., Ltd and marketed their product range under the name Sekonic.
This was not their first light meter product but still in the very early days of their product range development

TESTING:
I do not pretend to know what I am doing with this light meter but I made sure the rotating scales all move freely (but stay in place one adjusted!) and also that the meter pointer indicates varying levels of ambient light - no problems at all
I did read somewhere that over time it is possible that these selenium elements can alter their light/voltage output characteristics so the accuracy of this meter could be affected, I have no means to make tests in this regard.
