West German made (paper label underneath has the text MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY)
Circa 1980's (West & East German unification in 1990 mean't that the country was simply called Germany after this year)
It would seem that Palmer Porcelain is the distributor of this porcelain, based in USA (according to the telephone number area code)
There is another paper label attached underneath and this states the porcelain is made in Western Germany but no pottery works name is provided.
Design: Depicts scenes from the Danish village of Solvang, USA. This village has strong Danish heritage and to this day is a major tourist attraction in California

Weight: 75g (quite heavy for a small piece)
Opaque - you cannot see your fingers through the porcelain when held to the light
