In 1910, the Shelley's (Joseph & Percy) joined Wileman's and from 1910 onwards all of their products were backstamped as Shelley
The factory was located in Staffordshire

Scalloped/folded sides and top edges in a typical Shelley style of the day, very delicate and dainty
This chinaware is similar to bone china, translucent (hold it up to the sunlight and you can easily see through it)
It looks very similar to Belleek (Ireland) fine chinaware that we also have HERE
Measures: 130mm diameter x 25mm high

Backstamp (pale green) reads:
