Translucent, which means if held to the light you can see the shadow of your fingers through the china
The transferware artwork comprises three groups of roses with purple foliage.
Scalloped rim of the saucer has a continous heavily applied gold gilding
Diameter: 140mm
Backstamp is coloured
The reference to 1961 in the backstamp is NOT the year of manufacture but this was the period that Allied English Potteries changed the name to Royal Albert Ltd.
