I would have expected transfer was the decoration technique but even so, I have two saucers and there are very slight differences in the artwork of each saucer, mainly the shading of the flower petals, not the shape of the flowers, leaves or stalks.
I believe these were actually made in England, because when Royal Albert Ltd moved production offshore to Indonesia in 2002, the word ENGLAND did not appear on their chinaware backstamp. But the design Memory Lane was in use for the period 1965 ~ 2007 so the exact year this saucer was produced is unknown but definitely somewhere between 1965 ~ 2002 (while production was still in England)
The 1970 Royal Albert Ltd (backstamp) is NOT the year of manufacture but the year that Allied English Potteries changed the name to Royal Albert Ltd.
