The Ridgway family was one of the important dynasties manufacturing Staffordshire pottery, with a large number of family members and business names, over a period from the 1790s to the late 20th century. While this trio is a very late production piece from one of the Ridgway potteries, it represents a significant piece of English pottery history spanning 200 years.

Gold gilding is in very good condition in all areas, no wear signs at all
HOWEVER, while checking the teacup very closely I did notice a very small/light "rub" mark to the pattern - near the centre of the larger rose bud. I have provided a closeup of this mark - it is not immediately noticeable but upon close examination it can be seen!
