The Ridgway family was one of the important dynasties manufacturing Staffordshire pottery, with a large number of family members and business names, over a period from the 1790s to the late 20th century. While this saucer from our duo is a very late production piece from one of the Ridgway potteries, it represents a significant piece of English pottery history spanning 200 years.
