Transferware artwork
I have looked very closely at the artwork and am convinced it is transferware, the colouring is too even and there is no signature of the artist. This fits with the original purpose of the wall plaque i.e it was sold in the 1970's as a giftware item
Shows an English establishment, possibly an ale house or resting place in the background, four gentlemen (or soldiers) on horses and 3 dogs, which appear similar to hunting dogs.
One soldier is giving something to a servant lady.
Very good condition central fine china artwork, red velvet and frame.
