Bell China was the trade name used by Shore & Coggins Ltd, England
The backstamp indicates the period this piece came from was somewhere between 1936 & 1966 although I feel the late 1930's would be more accurate for these pieces based on the hand painted decoration, art deco style of colouring and teaset pieces design (teacup handle shape in particular)
I have more pieces from our "Wallflowers" teaset, take a look HERE if interested

"WALLFLOWER"
NO artists or gilder's markings can be seen
DIMENSIONS:
Height: 91mm
Width (handle to spout tip): 125mm
Weight: 150g
CONDITION:
Very good condition
NO cracks
NO fleabites
NO artwork damage
Wear to the gold gilding is minimal, if I was to rate the quality of the gilding I would grade this as 9/10
NO crazing
SPECIAL NOTE: I noticed a couple of small 'brown spots' which, no matter what, I cannot shift. These appear to be due to some sort of glaze failure although there is no visible crazing.
These two areas are:
Top of the handle, near where it meets the cup body
Inside the handle, a very small row of 3 ~ 4 brown dots
Hopefully the photographs might help you see these 'dots', they are light and very small but none-the-less they are there!
