Very 70's with an "earthy" design
The backstamp is printed or stamped in blue and EXTREMELY hard to make out but we can see the central graphic is a 3 leaf flower with a large bud.
The word below this is SYDNEY (you can make it out if you stare at it long enough!) but the top section we just couldn't make out - the letter A and R - that's about all, seems to be in block capitals.
