I believe this photographer is John Henshall, a very well known and accomplished photographer from Britain who has taken a large number of excellent photographs for NT Tourism - his photographs are often in their marketing material.
John Henshall came to Australia in 1997 for the Seybold Seminars into Digital Imaging
Printed on high gloss Kodak Professional Digital Paper
Within a plain white heavy card matte (mount) - not mount
The mount is titled on the left hand side and printed with his name on the right hand side - both of these are hand printed (not machine printed) using a silver ink pen, much like the pens used by performing artists when signing their autographs.
NOTE: A photographer I am NOT - the white vertical lines in the top right side of the photograph are light reflections from the high gloss media surface

High gloss paper media in excellent condition
Since removing from the original frame, this photograph has been kept within sealed plastic to maintain it's condition and it will be supplied in this manner.
