DURAN DURAN - Self Titled (Debut Album)
EMI Records
Cat# EMC.3372
Australian release
1981
Cover is in good condition, no personal writing, only light edgewear due to handling, no seam splits but the only downside is a slight "grubbiness" overall to the White background used (from handling). The inner sleeve is in very good condition and unmarked at all.

Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on either side BUT there is a "line" but not just any line, such as a scratch! I know these lines, it goes right across the vinyl on both sides and is more a slight discolouration to the vinyl - it is a previous "cleaning line" which is caused by the record being cleaned in one of those manual "spin the disc around in cleaning solution" systems but the record was, for whatever reason, left too long just sitting in the cleaning solution - this has caused the line. From experience there should be no degradation of the audio quality so let's have a listen to this great music from Duran Duran!
I have played the ENTIRE album, every track on both sides, and there are no issues at all on Side 1 with surface noise nor clicks/pops but Side 2 opening track does have a couple of low level clicks/pops (random) while the rest of Side 2 is great - very nice playback overall!
