Picture cover is in good condition, no seam splits, no tears and no personal writing but the rear of the cover does have a small area (top right hand side) where a previous hand written note has been obscured.
New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light and I can see no scratches or marks on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played both sides ENTIRELY and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks n pops.
