New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected visually under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light marks on Side A only. A visual inspection is usually not good enough so I then played both sides of this single ENTIRELY - no significant issues with surface noise or clicks/pops - a very good play
