Generic record label cover is in good condition, no seam splits nor writing
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually examined under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on either side, but just looking at your vinyl isn't a great way to judge the condition so I then played the entire single release, both sides, and there are absolutely no issues with surface noise or click/pops.
