Generic Apple record cover is in good condition, uses the Apple pale blue logo on the record label.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good - excellent condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light marks/scratches on both sides.
I then played both sides, no issues with surface noise or click/pops - beautiful play!
New outer protective sleeve
