Generic Apple label cover is in good condition, no tears, no discolouration, no writing, no edge wear from handling except the opening edge does have some handling wear though. The record label side A does have a first name printed on it (obscured in the photograph for privacy)
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition. inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see a couple of light scratches on each side only. I then played both sides entirely, no issues at all with surface noise or clicks/pops on Side A but Side B does have a little more very light clicks/surface noise than Side A. Still a very good play.
New outer protective sleeve
