New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in excellent condition, inspected visually under a white halogen light source and I can see no scratches or marks. A visual inspection is usually not good enough so I then played both sides of this single ENTIRELY - no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops - an excellent play
