Novelty pop rock. After all these years this song stills comes to mind when walking around the shopping centre "Nice legs shame about the face"
Lead singer was Dave Jones, a DJ from a Newcastle radio station and he released a number of novelty songs in the 70's - much like Doug Mulray (MMM) did here in Sydney. He had various musicians helping him out with the "Dave band", including at one time John Paul Young.
This was produced at station 3KY Melbourne and is a mono recording.
