Generic white cover is in excellent condition. The Side A record label has a Station library number & persons name hand printed on it.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on either side. I then played the single release ENTIRELY, both sides, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pops.
