Cover is in good condition - a couple of finger sized sections missing from one side

NOTE: This cover is a very simple page folded in half, three open edges.

New inner plastic sleeve

Vinyl is in very good - excellent condition - inspected visually, I can see no scratches on Side A, but Side B has a "cloudiness" to the surface, most likely leeching from the old plastic liner sleeve, but the only real way to tell is to play the entire record. I have played both sides - light occasional surface noise (quiet passages) on side A and side B is excellent, a very good play though.
