This particular picture cover is difficult to find.

New plastic inner sleeve

Vinyl is in excellent condition, examined under a white halogen light source, I can see no marks or scratches HOWEVER some plastic leeching has occured from the old inner sleeve - this will not degrade the surface noise but you can see the marks.
