Pricey 7" single isn't it - there is a reason .... read on
I have a lot of music, I love to LISTEN to all types of music (depending upon the mood) but some of my music is very specialised.
I was born in New Zealsnd and love the wonderful music created there so when I emigrated, I bought a lot of my prized music over to Australia in the early 1980's
Kiwiland had unique musical movements such as the "Dunedin Sound" and wonderful ground breaking music such as this little gem.
Now its a funny thing, only these days are true music lovers discovering the talent that was and still is the NZ music scene. I mean everyone knows Split Enz, Mi Sex etc but I wonder if many people know of the Suburban Reptiles? How about The Pins?
Records (or tapes) by these bands and many others are highly sought after, one 7" single from Suburban Reptiles (Saturday Night Stay At Home) sold on the NZ trading website (Trade Me) for US$855 - damn thats a lot of money for a single!
The single I am offering here is also highly sought after, yes the asking price is a bit steep but if I am going to give one of my treasures to a new home - you gonna have to pay for it!
Normally I would advertise this single on the NZ website, Trade Me but quite frankly since the Brits took control of the site - it is now pretty shite for people located outside of NZ (no auctions and heavily controlled payment system).
My greatest wish is that this single returns "home" to New Zealand - in fact I will even send it free of any shipping costs to any Kiwi buyer.
