Cover is in good minus condition, this is ex radio station stock and has significant graphic wear to the front and rear cover due to constant insertion/removal from the library shelves. No tears or seam splits though.

New inner plastic sleeve

Vinyl is in very good condition EXCEPT: there is a "small wave" at the edge of the record created by a heat source sometime in the past. I can easily position the styli so that the track plays from the very beginning but you must be careful. This wave creates a swishing sound for perhaps 1 second and then all is good from then on. This applies to both sides.
