New inner plastic sleeve

Vinyl is in very good condition - inspected visually, it has a cloudy appearance in places (from the old plastic sleeve) and I can see a couple of light scratches from improper tonearm handling. I also noticed what appears to be a light dirt or mould on Side B, this record could do with a decent clean using something like a VPI HW-16 (I had one but no longer unfortunately) - played both sides and noticed just slight surface noise at times on Side A but more noticeable on Side B but still not troublesome.
