White generic cardboard sleeve, new, with no writing no seams splits etc. Label is clean on both sides.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see a couple of scratches/scuff marks on both sides. I then played the single ENTIRELY, both sides, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pops.
New outer protective sleeve
