Generic Apple record label sleeve is in very good condition, there is a faint hand writing on the Side B label.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see only a couple of very light scratches on each side. I then played the ENTIRE single, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops - very nice play.
