Generic record label cover is in very good - excellent condition, clean, no tears and edges all fine.
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see light leeching from the old inner sleeve, this does not affect playback. I cannot see any scratches or marks other than this leeching effect.
I then played both sides and there are no issues at all with surface noise or click/pop events
