Cover is in good condition, no seam splits, some stain marks to the bottom edge, no tears, light wear to the edges and no writing - in not bad shape for being over 55 years old!
Rear of the cover gives a brief description of the song, there is also a glossary of surfing terms.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source I can see a number of light scratches on each side. I then played the entire album and there are no significant issues with surface noise or clicks/pops. Sure there is the occasional click but nothing dramatic and certainly no mistracking occurs.
