Gatefold cover is in very good condition inside and out, no tears, no writing and very light edge wear from handling. Inner folded sleeve/page is included but this does have some light mildew "type" marks - just on this inner, no smells.
New inner plastic sleeve supplied
Vinyl is in very good - excellent condition, inspected under a white halogen light source I can see just a couple of very light scratches on each side. I then played both sides, playback is very good and there are no significant issues with surface noise or clicks/pops.
