Compilation album from the late 1960's, New York Christian based psychedelic rock music.
Originally released in 1968 and then reissued in probably in 1996 along with The Torchbearers due to extraordinary interest in this music. This is the reissue, not the original release.
It's all been done before but this Christian based psychedelic folk rock is quite something else. The "mainstream" religions can be very conservative and suffocating, particularly for young people. In this NY private catholic school (Regis) a far sighted Tony Meyer encouraged young members of the boys school to perform religious songs at mass.
This 1968 album is their 1st album release (see the 2nd release HERE)
After the 2nd album (The Torchbearers) that was it, no further albums ...
This album gives credit to the following boys:
Dennis Blair (Bass guitar)
Larry Johnsen (Bass and Organ)
Bob Kearney (Guitar)
Mark Puleo (Lead guitar)
Keep in mind these were 15 ~ 16 year old boys and this style of music was not widely accepted by the conservative religions

Reissue of the 1968 original and probably release around 1996
Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no seam splits, no writing. The double sided, single sheet of song lyrics is included. Monochrome black/white labels (the original release had Purple labels)
New inner clear plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected and I can see just one very light mark on one side and nothing on the other. I then played both sides ENTIRELY, every single track, and there are NO issues with surface noise or click/pops at all. Traditional songs from Mass, with a definite pschedelic twist!
New outer protective sleeve
TRACKS: The Resurrection, Day After Day, Psalm 22, Step Into The Wind, Pray, That Day, The Magic Ice Cube, Hand On Your Shoulder, There's A Voice Inside, Who, Hymn To A Sad Lady, He's A Christian
