Cover is in very good condition, no writing, no seam splits, no tears.
New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source, I can see a couple light scratches marks on each side. I then played both sides of the single ENTIRELY and I only heard one click, right at the very beginning of Side A - it does not mistrack but the click is of a medium level. Surface noise is not an issue on either side.
