Cover is in good condition, obvious "crinkling" probably due to dampness some time in the past BUT no damage to the cover, seams etc - this is very thin paper used for the cover and easy to have this happen to them.

New inner plastic liner sleeve

Vinyl is in very good - excellent condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of extremely light scratches. I then played both sides of the single and had no problems at all with play, barely any noticeable surface noise with no clicks/pops heard

New outer protective sleeve
