Cover is in good condition, no seam splits, no tears, no writing and only light edge wear from handling. You will notice the diagonal cut across the top right corner - that is the mark of a deleted product not a fault. Records were sometimes recalled by the distributors for various reasons and such product was marked with diagonal cuts or holes punched through the covers to prevent further retail sales. These deleted products are often very difficult to find as the number is circulation can be very low.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on either side. Just looking at a vinyl record isn't a good way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, completely on both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops.
